How do I book a party?

Once you have decided which party you are interested in and a date, click the “Request a Party Date” button and fill out the form. If your date(s) are available, we will hold it for 5 business days, pending receipt of your deposit and signed contract. Once the deposit is received the date is yours. Final payment is due the day of the party. It’s that simple.


Where are CraftyGirls U parties held?

CraftyGirls U hosts parties at your location. You provide the location and we provide the fun. Parties can be held at your home or other location that you choose. We just need enough space for each guest to have access to their materials. A dining or kitchen table is usually fine. For an additional fee CraftyGirls U can arrange for table and chair rental if needed.


Is a deposit required?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date, along with a signed contract. Parties reserved less than 3 weeks before the party date require a 75% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future booking.


Who will host my party?

Your party will be hosted by a CraftyGirls U Craftonista. Craftonistas are present to assist the guests and facilitate the crafting fun. It is requested that you be on hand during the party. For parties over 10 guests an additional Craftonista is required. Please add $5 per guest.


Is there a minimum number of guests?

For maximum party fun, we require a minimum of 6 guests to have a party.


How do I add last minute guests?

We always have more than enough project supplies, however, if possible, as soon as you know the number of guests will increase please let us know so we can make proper arrangements. Additional guests can be paid for at the beginning of the party date.


What if my confirmed number of guests does not show up?

Refunds will not be given for guests who do not attend. The total for your party is based on the final RSVP count.


Do you host parties outside of Orlando?

Yes, we host parties outside of Orlando! For parties 30 miles outside of 32828 zip code standard business travel mileage will be charged round trip. Distances are determined using Google Maps.


What age are CraftyGirls U parties for?

CraftyGirls U parties are designed for girls age 8 and up. We are happy to modify or create a party for younger crafters.


Will the guest of honor’s younger sibling be able to attend?

Arrangements can be made for younger siblings age 6 and older. Please let us know in advance so we can provide age appropriate materials.


Can you create a special project for my party?

If you don’t see a party that suits your needs or you have something specific in mind, we are happy to help you design your own party.


Can boys attend CraftyGirls U parties?

All are welcome to come be crafty! If boys will be attending your party please let us know in advance so appropriate accommodations can be made.


What if I need to cancel or change the date?

We are happy to work with you to reschedule your party. Refunds are non-refundable, but are applied to a future rescheduled date. Every effort will be made to give you your newly requested date.


Will you take pictures during the party?

Pictures may be taken during a party for use on our website. We will not use any identifying information about the attendees, however, if you do not wish us to take pictures, please let us know. We may ask to take pictures of the finished projects.


Do you work with youth groups?
